There's been a proposal to create a new list for Spanish speakers. Does anyone have any comment on this before I set it up?
Also, I'm thinking that for language-specific user lists we should require at least 3 people pledged to using the list before we set it up. Does that sound okay?

I don't speak spanish but I can understand it a little. My name is Silvana and I live in S?o Paulo, Brazil. I'm interested in joining a spanish-wrote Inkscape list.
then I guess the best thing to do is for some of the project admins (Bryce?) to create a new list at sourceforge, named inkscape-user-es.
