[Inkscape-user] Printing dialog doesn't display

I've got inkscape 0.43 (april 13 2006) running on freeBSD 6.0/kde 3.5.2

I'd like to set print parameters. When I select print the page goes straight to the printer. In this case it is an A4 page in landscape mode, it gets printed in portrait mode.
