PS is a really old format. Don't use it if you want transparency, or don't use transparency if you want PS.
Well, as long as Inkscape has no native PDF output it's the only way to create (vector-based) PDFs.
Scribus is far from import my SVGs in the same way than drawed in Inkscape (at least if I use flowed text).
Use "Convert to text" on flowed text before saving for Scribus or any other SVG renderer/importer.

But it's still far from perfect. For example Inkscape saves the font name as "Arial", Scribus expects "Arial Regular". Converting text as path solves the problem.
Do you know a command how to convert all texts as path without select all texts manually?
So, does anybody have an idea? The only thing which comes in mind is to render as PNG with a reasonable resolution and print that -- but that's a lot of work if the size should be the same as in the SVG file.
Not really, in fact I think it's the best method. I think we even have a "print as bitmap" option for printing, try it.
Unfortunately, "Print as bitmap" produces a wrong-sized Postscript file. I'll look if there's a bug in the bugtracker for this and if not I'll file a bugreport.
And you have to know the output resolution of the printer if you don't want to get strange results, so nothing for printing on printers which are not yours.
