[Inkscape-user] Settings on windows 8 - multicore support.

Hi,

I'm using a the tool for a few days and it looks great.

I have noticed from time to time it gets a bit slow. I googled and found it is possible to add multi - core support, at least on linux. The thing is I'm running windows 8 and I don't know if this is possible.

In addition, there is no "%userprofile%\­Application Data\­Inkscape" in my windows. Does anyone know where the settings are stored?

I'm using 0.48 version of inkscape.
