I haven't been able to observe this when the lock icon isunlocked (scaling not in proportion). Also, while testing in the same doc, this behavior eventually stops. But in 4 new blank docs, with that kind of Star shape, this behavior has been consistent. Attached is a file that is showing the behavior for the star shapes only. Although without know what's causing it may or may not happen for anyone else. This is 0.91, 32-bit, exe installer, Win7, 64-bit. I thought it might be somehow related to the randomize setting, but after creating some new and different kinds of objects, and testing them, when I come back to the original star, the scaling behaves as expected.
For me it is randomized every time I change the size proportionately - *until* I change the size disproportionately for the first time. After this, the shape does no longer change on resizing, only when you use the star tool to edit the star.
The behaviour is different (i.e. as expected - no wiggling of star during resizing) if I choose 'keep transforms' instead of saving transforms optimized in Behaviour -> Transforms in the preferences.
So it's clearly an inconsistent issue, and so far, I haven't
discovered what's triggering it to start or stop. To test if it might be related to transform attribute (related to my custom default doc) I've tried in new layers. But the problem persists in the new layers.
