Hi Inkscape folks!
Fedora is going to be promoting Inkscape at the South by Southwest expo in Austin, Texas next week. We've got a booth and we're running a contest where each of the four days we're featuring a specific free & open source application, and one of the days we are highlighting Inkscape.

We also highlighted Lorain Baird's Inkscape-created winning poster design entry into the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation contest on one of the flyers we'll be distributing:

We're going to be talking up Inkscape and really trying to build up awareness of it and to encourage the very creative and tech savvy folks at SXSW to give it a try and even contribute back to it. If any Inkscape users or developers are going to be at SXSW, we'd like to invite you to drop by our booth and say hi (you can even get your photo taken with Tux at our booth! :) ) It's booth #344 in the expo hall.
In Fedora we absolutely love (I'd go so far as to say worship!) Inkscape and we're hoping our enthusiasm shows through at the show in getting folks to give it a try :)
