Just some modifications.

I like the new position of the SVG "sun" and text.
As for the shadow on the svg logo it seems a bit odd (shadow on sun) but it
gives the banner some depth and some more cartoonish look which I like.
However I think a thinner (1px) black border on the "SVG Open 2009" text would
be nicer.
