[Inkscape-user] Pen shortcut, xywh precision

There are two RFEs that I want to do something about but not before I hear people's opinions:

I agree that Pen deservers a better F-key shortcut than Shift+F6. But I also need the freehand drawing (F6) very often and don't want to demote it. Any ideas?

Are there others who would like to see 0.001 precision in X/Y/W/H, or is this a too specialized need?
