Personally I almost never use the word "vectorial" but if it really is a correct word I'm sure people use it far more often than they should. If you are not sure then just write vector.
This may be a language thing, for example in my native language "vectorial" is a valid term, so such a mistake may appear when witting in English, I expect the same for other languages (how about direct translation of "vectoriel" from French?) note: another example from my language - we translate "vector graphics" as "grafica vectoriala"
Same goes for Spanish: "gráficas vectoriales".
It looks like a transparent word for Romance languages.
