Yes, but that we built on top of potrace, without changing it. We just call it several times with different thresholds. I think you can do the same in batch mode with command-line potrace as well. Anyway, Inkscape does not have a command line interface for that, though we might add it one day (please check if there's a RFE on that, and if not, add a new one).
