Well, is not a third part pdf, since im the author of it, i have the font, a truetype one, correctly installed in my system. But that´s another issue too, 0,46, says the faq, hasnt problems to dont see fonts (like happened with .43-.45) but in this case all the musical fonts are not available in inkscape.

It looks as though you had to install the font on the system and that it may be embedded into the PDF file (which causes Acrobat to display it fine). I'm not sure if thre is a way to extract the font from the PDF and install it locally (maybe an option in Acrobat? I'm no longer familiar with Adobe's Acrobat program)
