Hi!
I have upgraded to 0.43 in debian SID (couple of day ago). I dont have the Effects menu anymore (0.42+0.43pre2 had it)
I have python-xml installed, and there are the effects in /usr/share/inkscape/extensions/
Does anybody know how can I figure out why the Effects menu does not exist?
