Hello, Thanks for your answer. There was maybe a missunderstanding - I would like to import vector formats. My colleagues need to import different formats, e.g. CDR. Due to the reason that more and more programs can read SVG the output is not the problem.
Sorry for asking the stuff with the arrows - I didn't find it in the archive. Where is the difficulty with the arrows. I know a lot of vector graphic programs and all of them puts the top of the arrow on the raster point - everything else doesn't make sense for me.

Hello,
If you need to export vectors from Inkscape to Corel Draw, use the SVG format, it is supported by Corel Draw. The only thing that you should keep in mind is that SVG files generated by Inkscape are RGB, and therefore should be converted in Corel to CMYK if you plan to print them. Also, if you'll use gradients, some shifts may occur when Inkscape generated graphics are imported to Corel Draw.
The question about the arrows at the beginning/end of a line ad their sizes have been discussed many times and there are (or were) several bug reports and feature requests about it, but it seems that there is still work to do to make this feature usable in a professional environment.

Hello, I following the Inkscape project for some time and 2 things prevent me of using it and also introducing it in our company (using the Windows version 0.44.1):
- My colleagues have to draw some simple technical drawings with arrows.
When I use the raster - draw a straight line - change the beginning and the end of a line to an arrow, The tip of those arrows are outside the end or the beginning of the line (start and endpoint are on the raster). I suppose this is a bug - please help me if I'm doing something wrong.
- In the Windows Version I can't import any vector graphic other than SVG
at least I didn't find any option. Any hint is welcome. Is there any plan to add support for e.g. Corel Draw files? Thanks Wolfgang
