[Inkscape-user] Inkscape cannot preserve the italics of imported pdf files

Dear All,

Inkscape cannot preserve the italics of the text of an imported pdf file. Can this be considered a bug?

I am using Inkscape 0.46 on Fedora 9 (Linux).
