[Inkscape-user] Problem with Pattern when exporting to PDF or printing

Dear all We often use patterns to draw soil profiles and well logs to represent soil composition. Since Inkscape 0.91 we have a problem with exporting patterns to pdf and printing. In the printout or pdf the patterns disappear or appear as black areas. The patterns were defined with the previous version of inkscape.

Question: is this problem known? I can provide a sample file if needed.
