[Inkscape-user] Runtime error

Hi,

a moment ago I downloaded

Inkscape0701101629.7z 10-Jan-2007 22:34 20M

from http://inkscape.modevia.com/win32/?M=D

when I try to open the preferences-dialog I get the attached message and Inkscape shuts down. (WinXP)
