If you are sufficiently motivated, note that there are 3 different PDF export mechanisms that have been implemented, that you could experiment with if you wished.
I can only find one - Save as...
Sorry this isn't the answer you'd probably wish, but the PDF support is a work in progress. Hopefully one day it'll be working better; your testing and reports of your findings could help us get there sooner!
I'll keep fiddling on with it then. :-)
