I think it's not a correct conclusion. sK1 application can also export PDF ver.1.5-1.7 using CMYK colors and without converting to bitmap.

As I know "PDF em CMYK" extension uses UniConvertor (actually it is a sK1 without GUI) to convert SVG into PDF.
