Currently I have some bandwidth problems uploading the win32 packages. It will be done within 2 days.
If its done you will have:
Inkscape-0.45-1.win32.7z the 7-zip compressed inkscape directory
Inkscape-0.45-1.win32.zip the zip compressed inkscape directory
Inkscape-0.45-1.win32.dbg.7z the 7-zip compressed inkscape debug files incl. debugger for error reports
Inkscape-0.45-1.win32.exe the NSIS generated win32 installer
I doublechecked the 7z it is fine now.
