Just ordered the book through Informit. That site promised me a $12 discount if I answered a survey. I answered the questions, but then the web page hung up waiting for a response. I went through the process again and again the web page hung up. Finally I ordered the book without answering the survey and was able to get my order through. I did get a discount of about $4.
Go figure.
