[Inkscape-user] EPS Import

I know this has been discussed a number of times and I have tried to follow the trail of breadcrumbs but I have hit a wall. To import eps files into Inkscape WinXP you need to set the correct dependancies in the extensions files. Ok, so I set the eps file gs path, I set the ps file pstoedit path and then I went to the sk file. I do not seem to have skconvert? I installed sketch for windows ok but no skconvert. Does anyone know where I can get skconvert for Win32?
