I still hope we find an Inkscape developer or skilled user to teach a course or make a presentation on the current status/discussions regarding new features or developments.
So maybe you can help us find a person.

Are those japanese names? If yes, are they living in Japan?
(Otherwise, while I can't claim to be absolutely expert with Inkscape, i do have a solid background in Illustrator, familiarity with a handful of other vector design tools (and a solid background in raster tools as well), as well as having learned Japanese as a first language (it's not as good as my English, though!))
