[Inkscape-user] Strange closing with the Document Settings dialog

I noticed a unexpected behaviour with the Document Settings dialog:

This dialogue has in its windows 7 version on the right upper corner the three usual windows buttons Minimize, Maximize, and Close. I had expected that this buttons would minimize, maximize or close only the document settings dialogue. However, the close or minimize the entire inkscape windows, that is also the drawing window. This should be changed since it is unexpected and not plausible. I would suggest they work only on the dialog, not the whole application.
