Eeek! How do I "un-windowize" the tear-off dialogs once they're torn off? I can iconify them, but how do I get Inkscape to make them part of the main window again?

The "alt-tab" trick doesn't work for me; maybe that's a Linux thing but everything is already inside a single application window (that is, a single window as far as the system window manager is concerned).
I'd only expect that to work if you "detach" the palettes. I'd guess that Donn's trick of clicking on the window title was effectively doing the same thing.
