Stupid question : is there a way to select no stroke (i.e. none at all) from the palette on the bottom of the screen? Indeed, no-fill too?

I have been looking for this a long time. It would be so handy if there would be a very fast way (e.g., with one key stroke) to switch off either the stroke or the fill. Even if you already have the stroke/fill dialogue on the screen, it is one of those things you need so often, that it would be preferable (at least to me) to switch fill or stroke off.
