[Inkscape-user] Broken dependency of 0.46-pre1 ubuntu package

Bryce: your ubuntu build has somewhat broken dependency. In gutsy, the libpango1.0-0 version is 1.18.2-0ubuntu1, and your package requires >= 1.18.3.

Can you fix this, either provide the compiled libpango1.0-0 package, or point people to the right direction.
