Try this:
Completely shut down your computer, wait a minute or two and then boot
it again. Now try to start Inkscape. Based on other user reports, after
such a cycle (shutdown, pause, boot) Inkscape should start again without
crash. This issue might reoccur though (for reasons unknown so far).
