A quick summary is that while Inkscape proper supports correct
ICC-linked CMYK color, the library we use to draw to PDF output is
limited to RGB only. We either need to get that changed to support ICC
colors properly or switch to some library that does.
Note that this is not just "CMYK" but requires work in fully correcting,
ICC-aware color manipulations.
