We're trying to clear blocking bugs and one that is quite hard to test needs your help:

If you're using trunk builds (i.e. from the inkscape testing ppa or other very recent build) then I'd like your help by following these instructions and letting me know if you can get inkscape to crash or not:
1. Save this file: https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/1106031/+attachment/3606346/+files/... 2. Open in inkscape (trunk) 3. Run Extension > Color > Randomise 4. Close inkscape
Repeat a couple of times.
If you get a crash let me know, if it doesn't crash. Also let me know. Because the code implicated has changed so much, I believe the bug to be fixed already, let's prove it and knock this blocking bug out the way.

Using Inkscape 1:0.48+devel+12524+41 on Ubuntu 13.04 I had no crashes after open/closing the file three times

This is a reminder, it's only useful to test versions after 12063. If your inkscape says it's a version below that then you need not worry :-D trunk versions are those used by testers and people who use the bleeding edge inkscape rather than the normal releases like 0.48.2
Good to know it wasn't in the original 0.48 though JIC.

Worked just fine here. Opened, applied, closed 5 times each OS.
