Is there a printed Inkscape book or manual?

The Inkscape book offered by Lulu is just a download in A4 format (I use letter format.) I am looking for a printed and bound book for my shelf, like "Grokking the Gimp" etc. Is there a paper version anywhere? I recognize it will be expensive because of the many color pages.

Just to clarify, the download is offered in both A4 and Letter.
