Hi
I'm new to Inkscape so forgive me if these are silly questions.
I'm looking into using Inkscape to make a sprite based webcomic, but I've got a problem with some of the fonts I want to use. I've installed some fonts from Blambot (you can try some from http://www.blambot.com/dialogue.html as samples), but while they work with other Windows apps (like OpenOffice) they don't appear in the list of available fonts in Inkscape - they're just not there.
While I was looking through the screenshots I found one which showed text being confined to a shape (http://www.inkscape.org/screenshots/gallery/inkscape-0.40-CVS-linux-flow-01....) but I can't work out how to do it. Can it only be done through the XML editor? If so how, and will it ever be made available through the front end?
I'm using Windows 2000 and one of the snapshot builds from http://cortijodelrio.net/, though the fonts didn't appear with 0.39 either.

confirmed, looks like a bug, can you add it to the tracker?

we only have render support so far, UI is planned for 0.41 I believe.
Cheers
