Actually, as far as I understand it, GPL obliges them to post the source for their version. But I think what we are most interested in is not simply getting the source but getting new active contributors to the development :)
True, but I really want to try it out soon and depending out how much is changed internally it could take a while to intergrate it into SVN. I hope not though cause these two features would make would make the next release even more impressive than it already is going to be. New contributors are very welcome and it easy to get commit rights.
Either way I can't wait to play/test this.
