Hi, I'm having a little trouble in 0.40. I'm working with taking an SVG, importing another (which renders correctly on its own), and saving it. If I do that, the gradients in the imported SVG do not save correctly and show up various shades of gray. However, if I rechoose the gradient from the list (the same one that it already is), and resave it, it then renders correctly.
Is this a bug or expected behaviour?
Thanks, Andrew

Looks like you found a bug. :-)
(Actually I think it's not a surprise, these types of problems have not been uncommon with how gradient references are handled in SVG.)
Please report this to the tracker (with example svg's and a screenshot).
Thanks, Bryce

SVG is not to blame. We have mostly fixed these kinds of problems in the recent releases. The remaining bugs, if any, should be relatively easy to fix.

A screenshot is normally not necessary, but the example files are.
