Is it possible to generate objects and line with hard edges? The Illustrator version would be to convert vector shapes into rasterized versions of itself.
Is there a way to do that in Inkscape?

What you want is to disable antialiasing for some objects.

Currently is no way to do this in Inkscape but AFAIK there are a few requests in the RFE tracker.
