I went to the link you gave http://forum.inkscapecommunity.com/index.php
and registered but when I go to that page I can't figure out how to get to the tutorials ? the only clickable links lead to your profile `?
Sorry about that. It's a little tricky.
Watch the mouse pointer closely as you move it over each list item. When the mouse is over black text, you'll see the arrow change to hand/finger. When you see the hand/finger, click, and a whole new list will drop right down from where you clicked.
Then just click again on the black text, to close the list.
(I only know simple html. But the only other way to have lists which expand/collapse, that I could find, was using scripts. So when I found this, it was a perfect solution. No scripts, but the lists are collapsible.)

Hi Artie,
If your message is an answer to comments in any of these emails, you should reply to the message. Or if you have a new question, you should send a new email to inkscape-user@lists.sourceforge.net with the subject filled in. This is the Inkscape User Community mailing list. It's an email mailing list.
My website, which is called "Inkscape Community" is only related to this mailing list because Inkscape is the subject of both. It's a support site for Inkscape. So if your message is about my website, you can either post on the forum (if you're registered and logged in) or use the Contact Form (click the Contact tab).
My forum, and InkscapeForum.com, and several other forums which you can find on the Community page of the Inkscape website (https://inkscape.org/en/community/) are generally known as bulletin board style forums. They do not use email.
So to decide where you want to get support for Inkscape, you can decide whether you want to do it by email, or in a forum. They all provide good support for Inkscape....except that probably more developers will see your message, if you post on the mailing list. Not many developers participate on forums (unfortunately).
I hope I made that clear.
