The manga inspiration does not work now. Could someone do anything ?

Do you mean the file http://thmayos.free.fr/inkscape/manga_inspiration.svgz linked from there ?
Works for me. True, Firefox can't display it (due to an XML parsing error), but you can save the file on your computer and open with Inkscape.

Please read my previous comment again. For whatever reason Firefox won't display the file, it does not like the XML.
But if you save the SVGZ file on your computer, Inkscape will open it just fine.
In fact i believe the error is caused by a misconfiguration of the web server where it is hosted (free.fr) and an incorrect MIME type served. The *same* file hosted on my personal server woks fine in Firefox: http://nicubunu.ro/pictures/manga_inspiration.svgz
