No, we only include SVG in the tarball, while HTMLs are always available on the site. Do you want us to include them into the distribution as well?

I just want users to have access to the tutorials, documentation & help easily in any language. Since some people don't always have Internet access it may be a good idea to include tutorials in other languages in svg (or just HTML)
