I just found this page: http://www.gnu.org/software/for-windows.html.

It lists - not Inkscape, no, BUT - Sodipodi. I reckon this comes from Inkscape not being listed in the Free Software Directory http://directory.fsf.org/. I've just submitted a request to add an entry for Inkscape.

I listed Bryce Harrington <you_know_your_email@...420... ;o)> as the maintainer and developer.

The keyword list brings me to the suggestion of not just mentioning "open source editor", but also "free software editor" in the HTML keywords. Just a suggestion...
