It can be selected in one click, using the Node tool. Then switch back to
Selection tool to delete.

Hmm . . I have already deleted a lot of stuff by doing that but now
double-clicking only selects larger objects like the whole green area
etc.
There are hundreds of groups and clips, so I wouldn't spend a lot

time chasing those if I can fix the small issues. The result is not
the perfect example of a finished svg, but time is money.
I would like to know why you can keep selecting and deleting the small
objects when I can't . .
