I received a mail form one Carsten Goetze the other day asking how to submit an effect for inclusion in the inkscape distribution. Every time I tried to reply my mail was rejected by the remote server.

Carsten, if you read these lists, I'm sorry that I wasn't able to get back to you immediately. Please post your effect to the patch tracker http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=93438&atid=604308 and send a mail the the mailing lists to encourage everyone to test your work.
