I need a lightweight, fast loading SVG viewer. I don't want to use Inkscape, even if it can be called without the ability to edit, because it takes too long to load. Any suggestions?

Yes, Inkview is exactly what I need and the exact answer to my question. Thank you! Also, much thanks to the person who recommended Inkview in a private email to me.

Inkview loads lightning fast. It's wonderful. The only improvement I could think of is a way to quickly change the zoom without changing the window size (Ctrl+mousewheel or some such), but as it exists right now, Inkview is more than good enough.
