I have finished my template for crime scene sketching for inkscape. It is available for download here http://investigativeelectronics.com/CriemScene.aspx under the crime scene sketching aids. There is also another document for measuring blood spatters that uses inkscape on the same page. Thanks for all the help and information that I have received through the forum.
