I've got a recent svn update and I noticed that end/start markers on connectors (an on lines in general) extend beyond the end/starts of the lines (so, for connectors, the marker extends into the objects being connected). Is there any way to correct this such that the markers don't cross into the objects?

No, you have to adjust the line start/end points to compensate.

That's normally what I do for lines, but for connectors that doesn't seem to be an option.
