Where is the perfect bound template on 47?
I have the Floss book "Inkscape for Making Vector Graphics." On page 171, Chapter 41 it says: "The only available extension to create a template right now is Perfect-Bound cover..."
This extension is found on Inkscape 46 under "Effects" but I can't find that extension on Inkscape-devel (47.) Is there a way to copy it from one to the other? Or am I looking in the wrong place?
