I have robocraft. I was told that inkscape would save files as .dxf extensions which robocraft uses. I saved the files as .dxf, but when I go to open it in the robocraft software it says that there was an error in the file. I tried exporting it as well with no luck. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

I'm sorry but we can't help without complete information. Please supply the full text of any error that you receive and the exact circumstance under which it occurs. The more information and the more specific the information is, the better we will be able to help.

I pretty much gave you all the information. I create a file in inkscape and export it as a .dxf. I open the robocraft program (ROBO Master) and hit load .dxf - a error window pops up that says "there is an error in the file contents".
If I save the file as a .dxf instead of exporting it nothing happens. I hit load .dxf in ROBO Master and it sits there and does absolutely nothing. It doesn't load or anything. I looked at the properties of the .dxf file and it is 0KB - no info in the file...
That is all the information I have because it is all that happened haha - nothing :P

For Inkscape please use Michelle's tutorial under www.paperthreads.com wishblade forum, we run an experimental version of Inkscape tailored especially for us! If you get the general release off the Inkscape site, you will get this error.
Aaron, has the version that you wrote for the WB people, been released as a general release yet?
