Hey folks,
I was wondering if there is a way to convert the drawing I made using inkscape into a .jpg file? Everytime I try and 'export as bitmap' is does so as a .png file.
Thanks!
Patrick

Export as .png and then use your favorite bitmap converter to change to jpg.
Since jpeg is a lossy compression, it's often very good to use dedicated tools. You could try Image Magick for a command-line conversion, and The GIMP has a nice jpeg export with good visual feedback as you tune all the options.
