I have just installed Inkscape 0.41 on a Windows XP machine. I have an error, "one or more extensions failed to load". Here is the extension-errors log. Any suggestions for how to correct these errors would be appreciated.

Just did this install myself. These are optional features that allow inkscape to input and output to other formats. They are not required unless you require the feature. The report tells you what to do for each instance,
To get AI Input, you need to install PERL to get AI Output you need to install pstoedit
and so on...

I am new at inkscape, so this maybe a simple question.
I have to have a single letter (K) that I want to have one of the stroke to be in red, and the rest in black. How do I do that? I can manipulate individual nodes, but not parts of the strokes that make up the letter. In my case, I want the vertical stroke of the letter K to be red. thank you ciro
