I note that Inkscape fails to render guide colours when set via SVG editor. Would someone have a try, edit a sodipodi: guide color attribute value, and confirm if it is just me with this issue.

I tried with trunk. Changing the guide color seems to work. I believe it might not in 0.91 as there was a bug.

I am using v0.91 (pre-build) on OSX
One way the behaviour may be reproduced is as follows:
- open Inkscape/document - add guide - set empty labels with Guidline dialogue - save document, and close Inkscape - reopen inkscape/document - add label property value using SVG editor - set: result crash!
Sometimes, it takes two edits to cause a crash. The key to reproducing this, is to save and reopen Inkscape/document.
Also, I have an extension update for guides... that has options for labels. The script can write guide labels OK, but they are not editable in either the Guidline dialogue or the SVG editor. Trying to do so causes Inkscape to crash :(
I do not want to file a bug report if this issue has already been flagged and/or resolved. I am searching the database, but haven't found it.
Also, Inkscape does not render the guide color when the property is set via the SVG editor and/or an extension script, but at least Inkscape doesn't crash.
Could/would someone please clarify the position.
