I'd be happy to do this for you - I assume you need a complete book cover, and not just the main cover design? My rate for book covers is $500, which includes 3 rounds of revisions.

I am using 0.45.1 and will probably use newer version soon as I want to try flood fill feature (if exists) to color the GNU logo.
