0.38 Release Packages Available
Hi all,
We now have the basic set of packages we want (rpm, deb, exe) available for download. Could you download and try out the installation on your system?

A problem was found in the 0.38.0 release (some last minute code additions introduced a bad bug), so we've cut a new release 0.38.1.
We'd like to ask help from everyone to download and try out installing the packages this weekend, to see if they install correctly. If they don't, any investigation you can do into how to work around the issues will be greatly appreciated. We're hoping to put out the announcement by Monday morning, if things go well.

Are there going to be packages for Mandrake like for 0.37 ?

Okay, I just uploaded a preliminary mdk rpm to the file tracker. Let me know if it works ok.

Found it under Office / Drawing. But I am not sure if it was added or if it was left over from inkscape 0.37.
